“We first met Cheryl in 2004 when our oldest boy was just 8. He and his younger siblings have all had Cheryl as a teacher and loved her. As a RCM Grade 10 graduate, I coached the kids in their early years but it was Cheryl who inspired and nurtured their love of music. Aside from a 3 year hiatus when we lived in China (where piano is taught much differently) all three of the kids have been her students over the past 16 years and while they have all gone off to university now, their time with Cheryl has left a lasting and positive influence. From the individual lessons (even over Covid via FaceTime ) to her twice yearly concerts, Cheryl has been an exceptional teacher and mentor for our children.
